We should have plenty of colorful fruits and vegetables in our diet which are necessary for healthy body. Nearly all fruits and vegetables are low-fat and contain fiber and natural chemicals known as phytonutrients which are essential for healthy body as well as helps to protect against heart disease, blood pressure, some eye diseases like cataract some intestinal diseases and also helpful in some extent to prevent disease like cancer.

People should get minimum five servings a day of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Some fruit and vegetables may also protect body from some cancers.

Always include different variety of fruits and vegetables in daily diet to become healthy as well as to prevent different diseases.
