Grape Diet

The Grape Fruit Diet can help you lose weight and drastically over a short period of time. Ideal for people who are obese and need to lose weight quickly. Weight reduction over the period of the course of two and a half months is expected to be 50 lbs. The weight however will always return once the course is finished. It is just a short term policy that will hopefully inspire the dieter to change his or her long term eating habits. You should not remain on the course longer than two and a half months as your health will suffer.


OVERVIEW OF THE GRAPEFRUIT DIET PLAN:-


1) The reduction and consumption of coffee the should come down to 1 cup per day.
2) All foods suggested and listed on the diet plan should be followed as they are essential to weight lose and fat burning. Continue with all foods especially bacon and salads.
3) Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Eight one onze glasses daily adding up to sixty four onzes daily.
4) Fry all your vegetables and food in butter generously.
5) Do not change the helpings of grapefruit suggested in the plan
6) You can double up or triple up helpings of salad, meat or vegetables if you feel peckish.
7) Get used to the idea that there are no desserts, white breads, sweet potatoes
8) The diet plan does not allow snacking between meals
9) You should not be hungry if you follow the diet plan correctly
10) You need to stay on the diet plan for twelve days then rest for two days repeating the diet cycle over a two and a half month period 75 days in total.
11) Never eat anything less than the minimum suggested in the diet plan


It any sound stupid but your can eat as much as you like on this diet plan until you are stuffed.


A TYPICAL DAYS DIET:-


Breakfast - Half a grapefruit or 8 onzes of unsweetened juice, two eggs any style, two slices of bacon


Lunch - Half a grapefruit or 8 onzes of unsweetened juice, salad with any dressing , meat any style and any quantity


Dinner - Half a grapefruit or 8 onzes of unsweetened juice, salad with any dressing or red or green vegetables cooked in butter or spices, meat or fish any style and any quantity, coffee or tea one cup


Evening snack - *onzes of tomato juice or skimmed milk


This die t is not for everyone but it could be just right for you. It is extremely useful for people with weight problems and will educate those who suffer to leading them to a healthier lifestyle and hopefully changing their eating habits.
